Instructions

You may take this exam one of three ways.  You may use a calculator (any model, but no phone is allowed during the exam), pen or pencil, graph paper is recommended but not required, and scratch paper, nothing else.  Giving or receiving information about this exam to or from another person or using external web resources during the exam will result in a grade of 0.

1st Option:  You may attend class in person at the normally scheduled time of 1:00 on Tuesday 12/8 and Thursday 12/10.

2nd Option:  You may schedule an appointment to take this exam at a TVCC testing center in Athens, Terrell, Palestine, or Kaufman on Tuesday 12/8, Wednesday 12/9 or Thursday 12/10.

3rd Option:  You may take this exam online between Tuesday 12/8 at 12:01 AM and Friday 12/11 at 11:59 PM.  Note that you must be completely finished by this time.  The online option requires a webcam and the Respondus Lockdown Browser program.  You will be prompted to download it if you don't already have it installed on your computer.  Please make sure the webcam is pointed at your paper while you are working on the exam.  I must be able to see you writing on the paper during the exam.  You must show your work and explain your reasoning to receive full credit.  You may do this by typing your work into Canvas and using the equation editor (look for the LaTeX: \sqrt{x} button to initiate it), or you may write your work on paper and upload it to Canvas after taking a picture or scanning it.  Having pre-written notes out or using a phone or other external electronic devices during the exam will result in a grade of 0.

Good luck!
