The primary goal of distance education is to give quality education to students who are unable to attend a typical school schedule due to geographic, economic, or other constraints. Distance education programs give students flexibility and convenience because they may access educational resources and connect with their teachers at their own speed and time. Students are able to select their learning environment and can study from any location as long as they have a stable internet connection. This adaptability makes distance education an appealing alternative for students who need to balance their studies with employment, family, or other obligations.
